in4Me ("the app") is operated by Gabe Consulting Inc., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using in4Me you agree to this policy.

| Content you create | Todos, grocery lists, notes, expenses and receipts, saved movies, watched stocks, saved trails, location pins, safety contacts, and similar items you enter are stored in your account so they sync to your device. |
| Location | Used on-device to find nearby trails, gas stations, and to power the optional "Hiking Alone" safety check-in, which emails your chosen contacts your location at the interval you set while a session is active. Location is only collected while you use these features. |
| Device push token (FCM) | To deliver notifications you enable, such as price-drop alerts and reminders. |
| Health / step data | If you grant access, daily step counts are read to power the step counter and wellness features. Stored only in your account. |
| Diagnostic / usage data | Standard Firebase service logs used to operate and secure the app. |
We use your information solely to provide and improve the app's features. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
The app relies on the following services to function. Requests to external data providers are made to deliver the feature you are using and do not include your account identity unless noted:
Your content is retained for as long as your account exists. Cached data on your device can be cleared from within the app.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account in the app. This removes your user record and all of your stored content, and revokes your sign-in.
in4Me is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
