These Terms govern your use of the in4Me mobile application ("the app"), operated by Gabe Consulting Inc., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to misuse the app, including by: attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service; using it to violate any law; or using it to store or transmit unlawful or infringing content.
Features such as "Hiking Alone" location check-ins are provided on a best-effort basis and depend on factors outside our control, including network and cellular coverage, device battery, operating-system background limits, and location accuracy. They are not a substitute for a dedicated emergency or personal-locator service, and you should not rely on them as your sole means of obtaining help. Always tell someone your plans and carry appropriate safety equipment.
The app surfaces information from third-party sources (for example stock prices, prices on retail sites, ferry schedules, weather, maps, and nutrition data). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information and are not responsible for decisions you make based on it.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gabe Consulting Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
